NVCA, BILD unveil working group to strengthen conservation, homebuilding and development

The Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority (NVCA) and the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) have formed a new working group to enhance collaboration between the conservation authority and the development industry. The initiative aims to address Ontario’s homebuilding targets while ensuring sustainable development practices are followed. The collaboration seeks to reconcile environmental conservation with the demands of the growing residential building sector.

L'Autorité de conservation de la vallée de Nottawasaga (NVCA) et l'Association de l'industrie du bâtiment et du développement foncier (BILD) ont créé un nouveau groupe de travail pour améliorer la collaboration entre les acteurs de la conservation et de l'industrie du développement. Cette initiative vise à atteindre les objectifs de construction de logements en Ontario tout en assurant des pratiques de développement durable. Le projet cherche à concilier la conservation de l'environnement avec les besoins croissants du secteur résidentiel.
