Ottawa Community Housing has awarded Beaudoin Canada the contract to construct a new affordable housing project at Shearwater Court in the south end of Ottawa. The development will feature a six-storey building with 45 new one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. This project is part of an ongoing effort to expand affordable housing options in the area.
