EHRC recognizes OEB’s Susanna Zagar as its 2025 Agent of Change

Susanna Zagar, CEO of the Ontario Energy Board, has been honored with the 2025 Agent of Change Award by Electricity Human Resources Canada for her leadership and dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the electricity sector. Under her guidance, OEB introduced DEI initiatives like a DEI Statement, Roadmap, and Council, and reported improvements in employee satisfaction. Zagar is recognized for her efforts in promoting DEI as integral to organizational and industry-wide success in Canada. The award will be celebrated at the Agents of Change event in Toronto.
