EHRC recognizes OEB’s Susanna Zagar as its 2025 Agent of Change

Susanna Zagar, CEO of the Ontario Energy Board, has received the Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC) 2025 Agent of Change Award. Zagar is recognized for her leadership and efforts in embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into the organization’s ethos and influencing the broader electricity sector. Through initiatives such as OEB’s DEI Statement and engagement in programs like The Prosperity Project’s Rosie Initiative, she has significantly impacted workplace standards. The award will be presented during a celebration event in Toronto on May 14.

Susanna Zagar, PDG de l'Ontario Energy Board, a reçu le prix 2025 Agent de changement du EHRC pour son leadership et son engagement envers la diversité, l'équité et l'inclusion dans le secteur de l'électricité. Elle a joué un rôle clé dans l'intégration des principes de DEI à tous les niveaux de l'organisation et a influencé le secteur plus large.
