Reconstruction de 12 logements sociaux et abordables pour des familles de Sainte-Thérèse

Un immeuble de 12 logements sociaux a été inauguré à Sainte-Thérèse, Québec, après sa reconstruction suite à un incendie. Ce projet, d'un budget total de 4,46 millions de dollars, a été financé par les gouvernements du Québec et du Canada ainsi que par la Ville de Sainte-Thérèse. Il vise à offrir des logements sécuritaires et de qualité aux familles à faible revenu, tout en intégrant une salle communautaire pour favoriser les interactions sociales. La construction a débuté le 6 mai 2024 et s'est achevée au 30 juin 2025, avec un emménagement des locataires le 1er juin 2025.
