Building partner wanted for TOC at Ontario Line’s Queen-Spadina station

The Ontario government has initiated a search for a building partner to develop a transit-oriented community at the Ontario Line’s Queen-Spadina station. The development will include approximately 214 new housing units and create 60 jobs. Two mixed-use residential towers, 14 and 15 stories high, will be integrated into this project.

Le gouvernement de l'Ontario a lancé un appel pour trouver un partenaire de construction pour développer une communauté axée sur le transport en commun à la station Queen-Spadina de la ligne Ontario. Le projet comprendra environ 214 nouvelles unités de logement et créera 60 emplois. Deux tours résidentielles mixtes de 14 et 15 étages feront partie de ce développement.
