Fengate Forges Ahead With “Landmark” Purpose-Built Rental Site Zoned For 44 Storeys

Fengate Asset Management and High Rise Group are planning to develop a 44-storey rental building on Beamish Drive in Etobicoke, Ontario. The purpose-built rental tower will feature 530 rental units, various amenities, and is aimed at being a transit-friendly option near the Kipling Transit Hub. The development will contribute to the Six Points Redevelopment Plan and aims for sustainable design with LEED Silver certification. Fengate is managing this project on behalf of the LiUNA Pension Fund and is concurrently involved in another rental project in Toronto's Mount Dennis area.
