NorthCore Condos Rising on Sheppard West of Yonge

The construction of NorthCore Condos, an 18-storey residential development in North York, Toronto, is nearing completion with the structure already reaching its 16th floor. Designed by Arcadis for Fieldgate Urban, the project includes a four-storey townhouse block on Bogert Avenue. The building's facade is being finished with brick-veneered precast panels along Sheppard Avenue, and work is progressing on the tower's upper floors. The development is expected to deliver 415 residential units once completed.
