Inauguration de la phase III de la Villa Forestville : 12 logements sociaux et abordables de plus pour des aînés à Forestville

The Canadian and Quebec governments, along with the City of Forestville and Villa Forestville organization, have inaugurated Phase III of the Villa Forestville project, adding 12 social and affordable housing units for autonomous seniors. This project required an investment of over $5.4 million, with substantial contributions from both levels of government. The project supports seniors in Forestville by providing affordable and adapted living conditions, allowing them to remain within their community. Up to nine households may benefit from a rent supplement program, reducing their rent contribution to 25% of their income.
