Construction starts in September on Bonaventure Expressway boulevard transition

The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) announced that work to transform the Bonaventure Expressway into a boulevard will begin in September, with preparations starting in late August. During the construction, at least two lanes in each direction will remain open to traffic at almost all times. The project aims to improve infrastructure and traffic flow in Longueuil, Quebec.

La société Les Ponts Jacques Cartier et Champlain Incorporée (PJCCI) a annoncé que la transformation de l'autoroute Bonaventure en boulevard commencera en septembre, avec une mobilisation prévue pour fin août. Pendant les travaux, au moins deux voies dans chaque direction resteront ouvertes à la circulation quasiment en permanence. Ce projet vise à améliorer l'infrastructure et la fluidité du trafic à Longueuil, au Québec.
