Staycity Group plans to build a 25-storey tower for its Wilde Aparthotel brand at Blackfriars Road in London. The project, designed by EPR Architects and developed by Citygrove, is due to start in June 2027 and finish by March 2030, pending approvals. The site will offer a mix of studio and one-bedroom serviced apartments, a café bar, and co-working space. This development enhances Staycity's presence in central London, valued at over £800 million.

Westminster City Council is preparing to re-tender £596 million worth of housing repair and maintenance contracts, comprising packages for responsive repairs, major works, and specialist services. These contracts will replace the existing partnerships, set to expire between 2026 and 2028, with a new Strategic Alliance model.
