Construction has begun on Clayfield Commons, a new mixed-use development located at the entrance of Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. The project will feature The Clayfield Hotel, a part of the Unbound Collection by Hyatt, alongside a Foodland grocery store. Additionally, the development will include 55,000 square feet of retail space and 28,000 square feet of office space.
