Îlot Voyageur | Vingt-cinq étages et 1200 logements

The Îlot Voyageur project in downtown Montreal is set to replace the old bus station with a 25-story building offering over 1,200 apartments, up from a previously proposed 20 stories and 1,030 apartments. This development involves the promoter Mondev and the organization UTILE, with construction not expected to begin until 2027 or 2028. The city has approved other projects in the area for taller buildings recently as well.

Le projet Îlot Voyageur à Montréal prévoit de remplacer l'ancienne gare d'autocar par un immeuble de 25 étages comprenant plus de 1200 logements, contre 20 étages et 1030 logements initialement prévus.
