Le projet à un millard de Brigil pour transformer Place Cartier

Brigil has finalized plans to transform the current site of Place Cartier, a shopping center, into a comprehensive neighborhood that includes residential, commercial, and community spaces. The new development, called 'Espace Canevas,' was submitted to Gatineau's urban planning department on June 16. This project reflects Brigil's vision since acquiring the mall in 2019 to create a dynamic and versatile area.

Brigil a finalisé son projet de transformation du site de Place Cartier, passant de centre commercial à un quartier intégral avec des espaces résidentiels, commerciaux et communautaires. Ce développement, nommé 'Espace Canevas', a été soumis au service d'urbanisme de la Ville de Gatineau le 16 juin. Depuis l'achat en 2019, Brigil avait pour objectif de créer un espace aussi divers que dynamique.
