Équinoxe Bois-Franc project aims for Zero Carbon certification in Saint-Laurent

The Équinoxe Bois-Franc project in Saint-Laurent, undertaken by Jadco, aims to achieve Zero Carbon certification, marking a first for the region. The development will include approximately 525 residential units, constructed in two phases. Phase one is expected to be completed in spring 2026, while phase two is scheduled for 2028.
