New $150M residential project launches in Montreal’s Saint-Michel District

Groupe HD, in collaboration with Kastello Immobilier and CPD Immobilier, has initiated a redevelopment project at 2601 Jarry St. E. in Montreal's Saint-Michel district. This $150 million project includes the construction of a six-storey residential complex encompassing 380 rental units and over 20,000 square feet of commercial space. The development site is situated near Frédéric-Back Park in Montreal.

Groupe HD, en partenariat avec Kastello Immobilier et CPD Immobilier, a lancé un projet de réaménagement au 2601 rue Jarry Est, dans le quartier Saint-Michel de Montréal. Ce projet, évalué à 150 millions de dollars, prévoit la construction d'un complexe résidentiel de six étages comprenant 380 unités locatives et plus de 20 000 pieds carrés d'espace commercial. Le site de développement se trouve à proximité du parc Frédéric-Back à Montréal.
