Pure Industrial has announced that the 1.2 million square foot Lakeridge Logistics Centre in Ajax, Ontario, has been awarded the Zero-Carbon Building Design certification from the Canada Green Building Council. This achievement marks the LLC as one of Canada's largest industrial properties to receive this certification.
