Construction has begun on the Toronto Metropolitan University Student Wellbeing Centre, a project led by Hariri Pontarini Architects. The centre will be located at the intersection of Bond and Gould streets in Toronto and will integrate the heritage O’Keefe House from 1855. It will be an eight-storey hybrid building aimed at enhancing student services and wellbeing.

La construction du Centre de bien-être étudiant de l'Université métropolitaine de Toronto a démarré, conçu par le cabinet Hariri Pontarini Architects. Situé à l'intersection des rues Bond et Gould à Toronto, le projet prévoit de conserver et restaurer la maison patrimoniale O'Keefe de 1855. Le nouvel édifice à huit étages vise à améliorer les services et le bien-être des étudiants.
