Construction has started on phase one of the South Bowmanville Recreation Centre in Clarington, Ontario, which is slated to open in 2026. This former indoor soccer facility will be transformed into a multi-sport center. The first phase will include a FIFA-sized sports dome with an indoor track and two adaptable FIBA basketball courts.
