RICS launches global construction standards consultation

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has initiated a global consultation for its new Professional Standard on construction, incorporating principles for Quantity Surveying and Project Management. This consultation, which includes six Practice Information pieces, aims to establish a consistent framework for construction standards worldwide. The consultation is open until October 24, 2025, and feedback will be incorporated into the final version to be released in Q1 2026.
