Montréal inaugure son premier projet d’habitations modulaires : une solution d’urgence face à la crise de l’itinérance

Montreal has launched its first modular housing project to combat homelessness by providing temporary shelter and psychosocial support to vulnerable individuals. The project, located on the former racecourse site, is funded by a partnership between the Société d'habitation du Québec, the city of Montreal, and the MSSS. Managed by the Mission Old Brewery, it offers social and economic reintegration support. This initiative seeks to explore a new agile response model to social emergencies.
