Montréal officially opens its first modular housing project with support services

The City of Montréal has launched its first modular housing project with support services to address homelessness. Supported by funding from the Canadian and Quebec governments, the project offers stable housing for 30 individuals, along with personalized support to help them reintegrate into the community. The project uses repurposed structures from a previous industrial site and is operated by the Old Brewery Mission. This initiative is part of a broader effort to find sustainable housing solutions in collaboration with various stakeholders.
