James at Scrivener Square's Crane Comes Down as Cladding Progresses

The crane has been dismantled from The James at Scrivener Square, a 23-storey tower in Toronto’s Summerhill neighbourhood. The building designed by COBE Architects and Graziani + Corazza Architects for Tricon Residential and Diamond Corp is progressing with its cladding and brickwork. The structure will feature 127 luxury rental units and is located across from the iconic Summerhill LCBO. New scaffolding and weatherproofing are being installed as the project continues towards completion.
