Transforming Place Versailles: Iconic shopping centre to be integrated into $2.2B project

The iconic Place Versailles shopping center in Montreal's east end is set for a major transformation as part of a $2.2 billion project, starting potentially in 2026. The project aims to proceed without interrupting the current commercial activities. This redevelopment was discussed during the Sommet de l’Est event organized by the Chambre. Kevin Robinson, a representative of the owners, affirmed this timeline.
