Site Plan Application Filed for 45-Storey Tower Near Kipling Station

LiUNA, Fengate Asset Management, and The Hi-Rise Group have submitted a Site Plan Approval application for a 45-storey rental tower proposed for 4-10 Beamish Drive near Kipling station in Toronto. Designed by WZMH Architects, the tower is part of a larger transformation of the area and includes mixed-use elements with commercial frontage and a privately-accessible public space. The project, which received zoning approvals earlier this year, aims to deliver 530 purpose-built rental units with a variety of amenities and transit connectivity. Additional infrastructure in the area includes several high-rise projects contributing to the Six Points transformation.
