Groupe LAR, established in 1942, specializes in the design, manufacture, and installation of mechanically welded steel structures, particularly for the hydroelectricity market. This acquisition will likely bolster ADF Group's offerings in the industrial steel structure sector, particularly within the energy infrastructure area.
