Crane Installed as Bayview Village North Block Construction Advances

The Bayview Village North Block development in North York, Toronto, has taken a significant step forward with the installation of a crane for a 21-storey residential tower. Designed by Giannone Petricone Associates and with Turner Fleischer as Architect of Record, this project is part of a larger redevelopment of the shopping centre's north surface parking areas. The project will include mid-rise buildings, retail streets, and a significant number of new residential units. Excavation work has been progressing, paving the way for the construction of the underground garage levels and subsequent vertical structures.
