Enwave commissions Green Heat Plant at Pearl Street Energy Centre

Enwave Energy Corporation has commissioned a new Green Heat Plant at the Pearl Street Energy Centre in Toronto, enhancing the city's district energy system with low-carbon heating solutions. The new facility is part of Enwave's efforts to decarbonize Toronto's buildings while optimizing Ontario's electricity infrastructure. The plant will use waste heat from Deep Lake Water Cooling system customers, reducing the need for new electricity infrastructure. The project was supported by Canada's Low Carbon Economy Fund and has been a collaborative effort with various partners.
