48-Storey Condo Proposed Beside Eglinton West (Cedarvale) Station

DiamondCorp and BV Realty Partners have proposed a 48-storey condominium tower at Eglinton Avenue West and Allen Road in Toronto’s Forest Hill North neighborhood. Designed by Arcadis, this high-rise will feature 505 units and extensive amenities, positioned near the new Cedarvale Transit Station. The development aims to replace existing detached homes and introduce high-density living in compliance with the area's transit-oriented development policy. If approved, it will become one of the tallest buildings in the vicinity, marking a shift towards higher-density urban development.
