The Bureau d'audiences publiques sur l'environnement (BAPE) has announced the start of a public information period regarding a terrestrial fish farm construction project in Baie-Trinité by AquaBoréal Inc. A public information session will be held on September 3, 2025, allowing the public to learn more about the project and its environmental impacts. The public can also access documentation online and at the municipal office. Requests for public consultation on the project's social, ecological, and economic aspects must be submitted by September 19, 2025.
