CreateTO Advances 41-Storey Tower with Affordable Housing Near Fairbank Station

CreateTO is proposing a new development in Toronto's Fairbank neighborhood, consisting of a 41-storey tower and a 6-storey building designed by Montgomery Sisam Architects. The project, part of the Toronto Builds program, will provide 458 rental homes, including 140 affordable units. The site, currently a parking lot, will be transformed with amenities such as indoor and outdoor spaces and accessible transport links with the new Fairbank station on Eglinton Line 5. Community consultations are scheduled to gather public feedback before moving forward with the plans.
