Un nouveau projet d’habitation intégrant la préfabrication à Dorval

A new residential project using prefabrication is being developed in Dorval. Construction officially starts in the fall with the ground-breaking already completed in July. The building will contain four stories and 82 housing units, designed to accommodate certain residents. The project aims for completion and opening by early 2027.

Un nouveau projet résidentiel intégrant la préfabrication est en cours de développement à Dorval. La construction débutera officiellement cet automne, après la première pelletée de terre effectuée en juillet. L'immeuble comptera quatre étages et comprendra 82 unités d'habitation destinées à certains résidents. L'ouverture est prévue pour le début de l'année 2027.
