Oxford breaks ground on $750M rental development in Scarborough

Oxford Properties Group has initiated construction on a significant rental development in Scarborough, marking the first major purpose-built rental project in the area in decades. The development is situated on a 3.4-acre site adjacent to the Scarborough Town Centre (STC) shopping mall and will feature three residential towers with a total of 1,285 rental units. The project is valued at $750 million.
