The acquisition will allow Lemay to expand in the US and beyond, leveraging FXCollaborative's expertise in skyscrapers and urban environments. With existing locations in several major cities, Lemay aims to utilize this acquisition to gain more projects in other countries. The transition period will last three years, during which FXCollaborative will retain its brand identity.
