Northbridge Insurance expands construction bursary program

Northbridge Insurance is expanding its Construction Bursary program to Ontario in partnership with George Brown College, following its initial success in Atlantic Canada. The initiative aims to support students pursuing careers in the skilled trades, addressing the labor shortage within the construction industry. The program now offers 10 bursaries per school, each valued at $5,000, to students at the Nova Scotia Community College and the Centre for Construction and Engineering Technologies at George Brown College. The bursaries aim to benefit students, contractors, and the construction industry by building a strong future workforce.
