Launch of the Dalia construction project in Montreal

The construction of the Dalia project in Montreal has started. Developed by Quorum, it is situated at 1956 Bourdon Street on the former Valeant factory site. The project will comprise a seven-story building with 139 units and three additional buildings with a total of 110 units. The project aims to be completed in the near future.

La construction du projet Dalia à Montréal a débuté. Porté par le promoteur Quorum, il est situé au 1956 rue Bourdon, sur l'ancien site de l'usine Valeant. Le projet comprendra un bâtiment de sept étages avec 139 unités, ainsi que trois autres bâtiments pour un total de 110 unités. La livraison du projet est attendue prochainement.
