PowerON selects EXP for TTC bus electrification

PowerON Energy Solutions, a subsidiary of Ontario Power Generation, has chosen the consulting firm EXP to help with the Toronto Transit Commission's (TTC) bus electrification program. The project aims to convert the entire TTC fleet to near zero-emissions by 2040, involving the electrification of eight bus garages. EXP will provide engineering and feasibility support for the project, which includes building, operating, and maintaining the necessary infrastructure for bus electrification. This initiative is part of Toronto's broader effort to create a sustainable public transportation system.
