IN8 Developments has proposed five high-rise towers ranging from 37 to 41 storeys at 170-180 Columbia Street West in Waterloo. This project, designed by AAA Architects Inc., aims to provide 2,438 residential units with a central green space, retail areas, and privately accessible public space.
