ROQ City Towers Top Off as Heritage Restoration Advances

ROQ City Towers in Toronto's Moss Park have recently topped off, with ongoing heritage restoration of 19th-century warehouse facades. Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects in collaboration with Graziani + Corazza Architects and ERA Architects, the project by Tricon Residential includes two towers with a total of 859 rental units. The north tower is fully clad up to the roof slab, while work continues on the cladding and mechanical penthouses of both towers. The restoration of heritage walls and facade construction continue to progress.
