19-Storey Student Rental Tower Proposed on College West of Spadina

Plans have been submitted for a 19-storey student rental tower at 333 College Street in Toronto, designed by Rafael + Bigauskas Architects for Parallax Investment Corporation. This proposal is an increase from a previously approved 12-storey building to address the rising student housing demand. The building will provide 629 units, mainly studio apartments, and feature minimal parking with a focus on bike accessibility. The site is conveniently located near streetcar stops and within walking distance of major public transit stations.
