400 King West Tops Off with Cladding Advancing

The construction of the 400 King West condo in Toronto's Entertainment District is nearing completion, with work now focusing on the mechanical penthouse. The 49-storey mixed-use building, designed by BDP Quadrangle for Plaza, has seen significant progress with cladding and glazed window installations reaching advanced stages. The structure will include 630 condominium units and is set to rise to 164.58 meters upon completion. The facade features a combination of brick, precast concrete, and glass cladding along with distinctive setbacks and balcony slabs.
