Golden Cladding Installation Marks Park Road 's Curving Form in Bloor-Yorkville

Construction is progressing on the Park Road condo tower in Toronto’s Bloor-Yorkville area, with the installation of golden cladding defining the building’s curved and wedge-shaped profile. Designed by Diamond Schmitt Architects for Capital Developments, the 28-storey building is situated at the intersection of Church Street and Collier Street. Cladding installation features vertical window bays and solid spandrel sections with gold-toned metal panels. The tower is set to reach 97.43 meters and include 303 residential units upon completion.
