The construction of Terra Nostra is set to begin this fall. The project will be the first development within the new Louvain eco-district in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough of Montreal. It will feature five interconnected buildings with a total of 323 residential units, ranging from five to fourteen stories. Sustainability is a priority for the project, incorporating green spaces and eco-friendly materials like aluminum.

La construction du Terra Nostra commencera cet automne. Ce sera le premier développement dans le nouvel écoquartier de Louvain, situé dans l'arrondissement d'Ahuntsic-Cartierville à Montréal. Le projet comprendra cinq bâtiments interconnectés, offrant au total 323 unités résidentielles, et comportera entre cinq et quatorze étages.
