Cortel Proposes 19 Towers Beside Future Concord GO in Vaughan

Cortel Group has proposed an ambitious development project in Vaughan, Ontario, involving the construction of 19 mixed-use towers up to 48 storeys high at a vacant industrial site on Highway 7. The site is planned to be developed into a high-density residential community with amenities including retail and community areas. The project will encompass 9,590 residential units and introduce over 13,000m² of open space, aligning with the future Concord GO station nearby. The project also accounts for significant infrastructure, including roads and parking facilities, as part of the area's transit-oriented expansion.
