Canada’s Hotel Construction Pipeline Rises 3%

The Canadian hotel construction pipeline saw a 3% increase in projects year-over-year in the second quarter, with 333 projects and 44,764 rooms in development. Ontario, British Columbia, and Quebec led in the number of projects, with Ontario alone accounting for more than half. Toronto and Vancouver recorded significant growth in projects and room numbers. The pipeline is expected to expand further, with 341 projects anticipated by the end of 2025.

L'Ontario, la Colombie-Britannique et le Québec ont dominé le nombre de projets, l'Ontario représentant à lui seul plus de la moitié. Toronto et Vancouver ont enregistré une croissance importante des projets et du nombre de chambres. Le pipeline devrait continuer à s'étendre, avec 341 projets prévus d'ici la fin de 2025.
