The 17,000-square-foot Greenwood Zero project, developed by the City of Summerside, aims to showcase sustainable and energy-efficient design in industrial settings. Featuring multiple tenants and warehouse space, the eco-park aligns with the city’s focus on innovation and complements existing renewable energy resources. The project has already exceeded air-tightness benchmarks and is pursuing final certification.
