A new factory is being developed to enhance modular wood construction. The project is part of the Next Generation Manufacturing Canada initiative, which announced a group of projects under the Advanced Manufacturing Challenge for residential construction. This initiative includes 12 projects with a combined investment of $95 million. The factory is part of efforts to innovate and modernize the construction industry.
